What Dynasty Is

Dynasty is an external overlay software for GTA V on the FiveM multiplayer platform. It provides visual augmentations rendered outside the game process. By purchasing a license, you receive personal, non-transferable access to the software for the duration of your plan.

License Agreement

Your Dynasty license is strictly personal. It is:

  • Bound to your hardware (HWID) — one active device per license at any time
  • Non-transferable and non-shareable under any circumstances
  • For personal use only — redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited
  • Valid while your subscription is active (Legacy, Knight) or permanently (Sovereign)

Payments & Refunds

All payments are final. Due to the digital and immediately-accessible nature of the product, refunds are not offered once a license key has been issued and the software has been accessed.

Verified technical issue? Contact support within 24 hours of purchase and we will review your case individually.

Chargebacks initiated without prior support contact will result in immediate and permanent account termination without appeal.

Prohibited Uses

  • Sharing, leaking, or distributing the software or any license key to third parties
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying any component of the software
  • Using Dynasty in violation of the laws of your jurisdiction
  • Building or selling derivative products based on Dynasty's code or design

Account Termination

Dynasty reserves the right to revoke your license and permanently ban your HWID from the platform — without refund — if you violate any of the following:

  • Any term outlined in this agreement
  • Unauthorized sharing or redistribution of the software
  • Filing a fraudulent chargeback with your payment provider
  • Repeated or abusive behavior toward the support team

Disclaimer of Liability

Dynasty is provided "as is." Your use of the software is entirely at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for:

  • In-game account bans or penalties issued by FiveM servers or Rockstar
  • Hardware or software damage arising from use of the product
  • Loss of game data, progress, or any other digital assets
No guarantee of undetection. Dynasty employs evasion and stealth techniques, but no software can guarantee permanent immunity from detection. You acknowledge and accept this risk at the time of purchase.

Support

All licensed users are entitled to technical support scoped to their plan tier. Response times range from 24 to 72 hours depending on queue volume and plan level. Sovereign members receive dedicated priority support with faster response guarantees.

Changes to These Terms

Dynasty may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will always be announced through our official communication channels.
